Ken is a Senior Project Manager at Enco, holding a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington. As a Licensed Professional Engineer in Texas, he brings over 25 years of expertise in designing and managing public infrastructure projects, with deep experience in all facets of utility design and coordination. Fun fact: In his free time, Ken is teaching himself to play the guitar!

Hailey earned her Bachelor of Science in Human Resources and M.B.A. from Seton Hill University. As a key member of Enco, she oversees day-to-day operations and manages the project lifecycle, ensuring timely permit delivery to clients. Passionate about HR, she finds fulfillment in working with people, fostering their growth, and helping them build successful careers—ultimately strengthening the company as a whole. She also enjoys planning fun company events and gatherings, creating opportunities for the team and clients to connect and celebrate together. Fun fact: Hailey grew up as a coal miner’s daughter in Pennsylvania and became the first in her family to graduate from college! She loves traveling with her family and enthusiastically cheering on her kids at their sporting events.

Courtney is a founding officer of Enco and serves as the Chief Financial Officer. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas at Austin, and a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from (Southwest) Texas State University. Courtney's responsibilities include Payroll, Accounts Payable and Receivable, strategic planning, benefits administration, and a never-ending variety of interesting tasks that emerge daily. Fun fact: Courtney loves the mountains and the beach, her garden, and learning new things. However, her greatest adventure is her family!

Abner holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico. At Enco, he contributes across various areas, focusing primarily on the design and management of underground dry utilities and aerial telecom infrastructure projects. Fun fact: He enjoys spending time with his daughter, has a passion for traveling, and finds jogging combined with meditation to be his form of therapy.

Serge is the Director of Engineering with a background in Electrical Engineering from the University of Belgrade. With nearly 20 years of experience in engineering project management, he specializes in utility coordination and design, reviewing utility alignment plans for telecommunications and natural gas infrastructure, as well as developing associated Traffic Control Plans. At Enco, Serge leads QA/QC efforts throughout the design process, applying a meticulous and detail-oriented approach to uphold the highest standards of product quality. Fun Fact: Serge is certified to judge vintage MB vehicles at Concours d ‘Elegance exhibitions through the MB Club of America and has a deep enthusiasm for classic automobiles.

Milan is a founding officer of Enco and serves as President and Chief Executive Officer. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and is a Licensed Professional Engineer in the states of Texas, Arizona, and Colorado. With over 25 years of experience in civil engineering, he specializes in Dry Utility Engineering Design, Utility Coordination, Temporary Traffic Control Design, and Project Management. His technical expertise, problem-solving approach, and outgoing personality have helped him build strong relationships with clients and regulatory agencies across various jurisdictions. Known for his ability to efficiently manage projects under tight deadlines without compromising quality, Milan is a dynamic leader in his field. Fun fact: Milan immigrated to the United States from the former Yugoslavia at age 13 and has wholeheartedly embraced the American Dream!
