Milan is a founding officer of Enco, and serves as the company President and Chief Executive Officer. Milan is a Professional Engineer, who earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin, and is licensed to practice in Texas, Arizona and Colorado. Milan has over 25 years of experience encompassing a wide array of civil engineering projects, specializing in Dry Utility Engineering Design, Utility Coordination relevant to telecommunications and natural gas infrastructure, as well as Traffic Control and Project Management. Milan's technical competence, problem-solving mindset, and gregarious personality have fostered excellent working relationships with both clients and regulatory agencies, across jurisdictions. He excels at aggressively and successfully executing projects within limited schedule constraints, without compromising quality. Point of Interest: Milan immigrated to the United States from the former Yugoslavia at the age of 13, and he embraced the American Dream!

Courtney is a founding officer of Enco and its Chief Financial Officer, who earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from (Southwest) Texas State University. Courtney's responsibilities include Payroll, Accounts Payable and Receivable, strategic planning, benefits administration, and the variety of interesting tasks that emerge daily in a small business. Point of Interest: Courtney loves traveling and spending time in the mountains, and learning new things, and her favorite pastime is being a mom!

Serge is a Senior Project Manager with an Electrical Engineering background from the University of Belgrade. With nearly 20 years of engineering project management experience, Serge specializes in utility coordination and design, review of utility alignment plans relevant to telecommunications and natural gas infrastructure, as well as associated Traffic Control Plans. He manages Enco's QA/QC efforts in the design process, with a thorough and detail-oriented mindset, and ensures Enco product quality. Point of Interest:

Ken is a Project Manager for Enco, who earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas-Arlington, and is a Licensed Professional Engineer in Texas. With over 25 years of experience in the design and project management of public infrastructure projects, he has extensive experience in all aspects of utility design and coordination. Point of Interest: In his spare time, Ken is teaching himself to play the guitar!

Bill serves as Project Engineer for Enco, and earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. He is Licensed Professional Engineer in Texas, with over 20 years of engineering experience, including 15 years with the Texas Department of Transportation. He served in various design roles in the highway construction design office for central Texas roadway projects, and specializes in utility coordination and utility relocation design for highway relocation projects. He served as the Utility Coordinator for the US183 corridor project in Austin ($154M project). He also served as the Lead Design Engineer for the relocation of dry utilities for the SH130 project Segments 5 & 6, and the DFW Connector project ($1.02B project), US290 Manor Expressway, Mopac Expressway Improvement Project, FM2499, US 71 at Riverside and many others. Bill is thoroughly familiar with Microstation as it pertains to highway design projects for TXDOT, including the use of Geopak software for highway design. In addition to his association with Enco, Bill co-owns and operates a construction company, Forsythe Brothers Infrastructure. Point of Interest:

Hailey earned both her Bachelor of Science in Human Resources and M.B.A. from Seton Hill University. She supports Enco's Human Resources related functions and provides support to Enco's project-coordination efforts. She loves doing HR because she enjoys working alongside people and helping them grow to be successful in their careers and business. Point of Interest: Hailey grew up a coal miner's daughter and was the first person in her family to graduate from college!

Jacquelyn earned a Bachelor's of Science in Geography from Texas A&M and is a certified GIS professional (GISP). She has over 20 years of GIS expertise and serves as Enco's GIS Manager, CAD Supervisor, and "herder of cats". She is a self-proclaimed spatial data advocate and documentation guru.
Her skills include a high level of mastery of many of the major GIS software packages, aiding clients in the implementation of turn-key projects, developing GIS applications and websites, and advising on RDBM. Fun Fact: Jacquelyn grew up on a farm in rural West Texas and graduated high school with 8 others in her class!

Abner earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico. Abner supports ENCO in many different areas, primarily with design and management of underground dry utilities, and aerial telecom infrastructure projects. Point of Interest: Abner loves spending time with his daughter, traveling is his passion, and meditation while jogging has become his therapy.

Eric is the Outside Plant Engineering Specialist for Enco, primarily focusing on copper and fiber design, and project management of associated projects. He has over twenty years of telecom experience with AT&T, ranging from construction and repair work, to engineering design. Eric's telecom design experience encompasses road widening, small business, subdivision, MDU’s, splitters, and PFP projects. Point of Interest: Eric spends his free time improving his backyard by planting trees and trimming brush, and loves to spend time at the gun range, and occasionally competing in IDPA matches.
